    ಮಾಲಿನಿ ಶಂಕರ್ ಅವರಿಂದ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಡಿಸ್ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ 2024 ರ ವರ್ಷ ಮುಗಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ , ದುರದೃಷ್ಟವಶಾತ್ - TRICOP ವರ್ಷ - ಸೌದಿ ಅರೇಬಿಯಾದ ರಿಯಾದ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ UNCCD COP 16 ಗಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ , ಕ್ಯಾಲಿ ಕೊಲಂಬಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ UNCBD COP 16 ಮತ್ತು ಅಜೆರ್ಬೈಜಾನ್‌ನ ಬಾಕುದಲ್ಲಿ UNFCCC COP 29 - ಒಮ್ಮತವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಹಸಿರು ಗುರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಬದ್ಧತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಸಂಶಯದಿಂದ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ದುಃಖಕರ ಭಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲ , ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಹಸಿರು , ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದ ಗುರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಲು ಬದ್ಧವಾದ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು ಅಥವಾ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಬದ್ಧತೆ - ಇಲ್ಲ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ - ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವಾಗ , ಜನರನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಡುವ ಅಸಮರ್ಥತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಧ್ವನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ .   ನಾವು ಪ್ರಳಯದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವಾಣಿಯ ಯುಗ ಮತ್ತು ಹಂತವನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ದಾಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ ಹವಾಮಾನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಜೀವವೈವಿಧ್ಯ ನಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯದೆ , ದೇಶಗಳು ಹಸಿವಿನಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಂಬಾಬ್ವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಟ್ಸ್ವಾನಾದ ಹಸಿವಿನಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜನರನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಲು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಅಳಿವಿನಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆಫ್ರಿಕನ್ ಆನೆಗಳಂತಹ ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿಗಳನ್...

It is not just a sad sentiment but echoes the inefficacy of putting People before the Planet and the Comity of Nations lacking a binding fiscal framework or fiscal commitment – nay responsibility – to commit to the Green, fiscally viable Goals.
